I had been to shop once before, I had a good experience. The stylist was very nice and I was happy with the haircut. Today, I returned for a haircut and the stylist that had taken care of me last time was busy. So another woman was going to cut my hair. I didn't get her name, she was an Oriental woman, perhaps from the Philipines. She started pleasantly, she used clippers and it kept pulling my hair, on the third tug I said to her that hurt, then switched scissors, snipping away while pushing neck into very uncomfortable positions, the final straw was when she kept combing and swatting my ear, once, twice and third time, I pulled off the gown. I have never walked out on a haircut but today was the day.

Good service. But no very good stylist. Been there 2 times first time was pretty good so I decide to go again. But was a very bad experience. Hair cut no good at all. And the rush to try to take me out quickly was the worst.
